Welcome to Cyntra Technologies LTD. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website and services provided by Cyntra Technologies LTD ("Cyntra," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing the website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with all of these Terms of Use, then you are expressly prohibited from using the Site and you must discontinue use immediately.

2. Our Services and Formal Engagement

Cyntra Technologies provides custom software development, mobile application development, UI/UX design, systems integration (including M-Pesa and other local payment systems), and related IT consulting services aimed at accelerating digital penetration in Kenya. Any formal engagement for services will be governed by a separate written contract (a "Service Agreement") between you and Cyntra. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the Service Agreement, the Service Agreement shall prevail.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the website is our proprietary property. All source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site (collectively, the "Content") are owned or controlled by us and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

For client-specific projects, all intellectual property developed under a signed Service Agreement shall be owned by the client upon final payment, as detailed in that agreement.

4. Prohibited Activities

You may not access or use the Site for any purpose other than that for which we make the Site available. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• Systematically retrieving data or other content to create a collection, compilation, database, or directory.
• Making any unauthorized use of the services, including collecting usernames and/or email addresses of users by electronic or other means for the purpose of sending unsolicited email.
• Interfering with, circumventing or disabling security-related features of the Site, particularly those designed to protect Kenyan user data.

5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of Kenya.
